The Aesthetic Appeal is a private creative reinterpretation of one look or visual concept that hasn’t worked the way you imagined.

Rather than simply correcting what appears wrong, Toro challenges the assumptions behind your original approach and develops a fresh direction worth considering.

The original conclusion is not necessarily wrong. It simply hasn’t survived questioning.

What can you appeal?

• An outfit that doesn’t communicate the mood you intended.

• A styling idea that feels predictable or incomplete.

• A color, proportion, or silhouette combination that hasn’t worked.

• A personal visual concept you want to reinterpret instead of abandon.

What you’ll receive

• A personalized digital appeal examining one existing look or concept.

• An explanation of the assumptions or choices worth reconsidering.

• Two alternative creative directions, with practical recommendations for each.

• A recommended direction and the reasoning behind it.

• One opportunity to request clarification or an in-scope adjustment during the review period.

How it works

01 · File your appeal. Complete your booking and choose email or text message as your preferred contact method. Both contact details are collected.

02 · Present the original decision. We’ll contact you within 24 calendar hours, including weekends, to understand what you attempted, what feels unsuccessful, and what you would still like to preserve. References or photographs are welcome.

03 · The assumptions are challenged. Once the brief is complete and any necessary questions are answered, your personalized appeal will be delivered by email within two business days.

04 · Respond to the appeal. You have until the same time on the next business day to ask questions or request one adjustment within the original scope.

05 · Final determination. Any timely, eligible adjustment will be completed within one additional business day. If no request is received by the deadline, the creative review period closes.

This service is designed to reinterpret one existing aesthetic concept, not to develop an entire wardrobe, collection, brand identity, or event design from scratch.

Toro challenges ideas, not people. You remain free to accept, reject, or adapt the creative recommendations.

Service Processing & Revision Policy

Borgo Piano processes creative services Monday through Friday, excluding designated holidays.

A business day means an eligible weekday, regardless of the number of hours worked internally.

Once your completed brief has been received and confirmed, your first proposal will be delivered within two business days.

After delivery, you have until the same time on the next business day to submit one revision request within your service's original scope.

If a revision is requested on time, your final version will be delivered within one additional business day.

If no revision is requested by the stated deadline, the creative review period closes and the proposal is treated as final.

Your exact revision deadline will be included in your delivery message.
