The Second Opinion is a personalized aesthetic assessment of one outfit, garment, or personal styling choice, examining how it works with your body, comfort, movement, preferences, and desired self-expression.

Squalo is not particularly interested in whether everyone else approves.

The more important question is whether the aesthetic works for the person living in it.

What can you submit?

• An outfit you love visually but feel uncertain wearing.

• A garment that doesn’t sit, move, or feel the way you expected.

• A silhouette you’re curious about but unsure how to make your own.

• A styling choice that looks convincing in photographs but feels different in everyday life.

What you’ll receive

• A personalized digital assessment of one outfit or garment.

• An examination of its proportions, visual effect, comfort considerations, and relationship to your preferences.

• Up to three practical recommendations for improving the overall result.

• A considered second opinion that respects your individual aesthetic rather than prescribing one ideal body type.

• One opportunity to request clarification or an in-scope adjustment.

How it works

01 · Request a second opinion. Book online and select email or text message as your preferred contact method. Both contact details are collected at checkout.

02 · Tell us how it feels. We’ll contact you within 24 calendar hours of booking, including weekends, to learn about the garment, your concerns, and the effect you’re trying to achieve. Photographs are optional.

03 · The assessment begins. Once your request is fully understood and all necessary information is received, your personalized second opinion will be delivered by email within two business days.

04 · Review the assessment. You have until the same time on the next business day to submit one clarification or reasonable adjustment request within the original scope.

05 · Final consideration. Any eligible revision will be completed within one additional business day. If no request is received by the deadline, the complimentary creative review period closes.

Before you book

This service covers one garment or outfit. It does not include a complete wardrobe makeover, clothing alterations, professional garment-fitting measurements, or medical assessments.

All opinions are aesthetic and subjective. Squalo is a fictional editorial host, and the service is prepared by the Gelato Piano team.

Service Processing & Revision Policy

Borgo Piano processes creative services Monday through Friday, excluding designated holidays.

A business day means an eligible weekday, regardless of the number of hours worked internally.

Once your completed brief has been received and confirmed, your first proposal will be delivered within two business days.

After delivery, you have until the same time on the next business day to submit one revision request within your service's original scope.

If a revision is requested on time, your final version will be delivered within one additional business day.

If no revision is requested by the stated deadline, the creative review period closes and the proposal is treated as final.

Your exact revision deadline will be included in your delivery message.
