The Color Dispute is a personalized creative service for anyone struggling with a color combination or choosing between competing palettes.

Orso examines the visual relationships, considers the arguments, and proposes a balanced composition.

But balance doesn’t always mean making everything quieter.

Sometimes the most unexpected color deserves to win.

What can you submit?

• Two or more colors you’re unsure how to combine.

• An outfit whose colors don’t feel harmonious.

• A small personal project that needs a coherent palette.

• A color combination that feels too loud, too restrained, or simply incomplete.

What you’ll receive

• A personalized digital color assessment for one outfit or small visual concept.

• Two proposed color palettes, with color references.

• An explanation of contrast, harmony, proportion, and visual emphasis.

• A recommended palette with practical guidance on how to distribute the colors.

• One opportunity to request clarification or an in-scope adjustment.

How it works

01 · Open the dispute. Book online and select email or text as your preferred contact method. Both contact details are collected.

02 · Present the competing colors. We’ll contact you within 24 calendar hours, including weekends, to understand the situation, your preferred colors, and the atmosphere you’re trying to create. You may share photographs or reference images.

03 · Orso considers the evidence. Once the request is complete and all required details have been clarified, your personalized color proposal will be delivered by email within two business days.

04 · Review the composition. You have until the same time on the next business day to request clarification or one reasonable adjustment within the original scope.

05 · The dispute is settled. Any eligible revision will be completed within one additional business day. If no request arrives before the deadline, the complimentary creative review period closes.

Before you book

This service covers one defined color dilemma or small visual project. It does not include a complete brand identity, comprehensive interior-design plan, professional personal color-season analysis, or physical color matching.

Colors may appear differently across screens, lighting conditions, fabrics, and printed materials.

Orso is a fictional editorial host. Your creative recommendations are prepared by the Gelato Piano team.

Service Processing & Revision Policy

Borgo Piano processes creative services Monday through Friday, excluding designated holidays.

A business day means an eligible weekday, regardless of the number of hours worked internally.

Once your completed brief has been received and confirmed, your first proposal will be delivered within two business days.

After delivery, you have until the same time on the next business day to submit one revision request within your service's original scope.

If a revision is requested on time, your final version will be delivered within one additional business day.

If no revision is requested by the stated deadline, the creative review period closes and the proposal is treated as final.
