The Aesthetic Hearing is a private, personalized assessment of one aesthetic dilemma. Submit your question, explain what’s troubling you, and receive a considered opinion with practical recommendations.

Lupo may be dramatic. The judgment, however, will have a point.

• Up to three actionable recommendations to help you move forward.

• One opportunity to request clarification or an in-scope adjustment during the review period.

How it works

01 · Book your hearing. Complete checkout and select email or text message as your preferred contact method. Both an email address and mobile number are collected.

02 · Present your case. We’ll contact you within 24 calendar hours of booking, including weekends, to request your description and any relevant photographs or references.

03 · The hearing begins. Once all required details are received and clarified, your personalized ruling will be prepared and delivered by email within two business days.

04 · Review the ruling. You have until the same time on the next business day to submit one request for clarification or an adjustment within the original scope.

05 · Case closed. If a timely adjustment is requested, we’ll provide the final version within one additional business day. Otherwise, the creative review period closes automatically.

This service covers one aesthetic dilemma. It does not include a complete wardrobe plan, extensive product sourcing, or multiple unrelated questions.

Service Processing & Revision Policy

Borgo Piano processes creative services Monday through Friday, excluding designated holidays.

A business day means an eligible weekday, regardless of the number of hours worked internally.

Once your completed brief has been received and confirmed, your first proposal will be delivered within two business days.

After delivery, you have until the same time on the next business day to submit one revision request within your service's original scope.

If a revision is requested on time, your final version will be delivered within one additional business day.

If no revision is requested by the stated deadline, the creative review period closes and the proposal is treated as final.

Your exact revision deadline will be included in your delivery message.
