The Visual Alibi is a personalized aesthetic defense of one unconventional styling or visual decision. Rather than asking you to abandon an unusual choice, the service explores how to make it feel intentional, convincing, and visually coherent.

Because sometimes the problem isn’t the idea.

It’s the way the evidence has been presented.

What can you submit?

• An unusual outfit combination you want to make work.

• A bold accessory or statement piece that seems difficult to integrate.

• Conflicting colors, textures, or proportions you want to defend.

• One creative styling choice others have questioned, but you still believe in.

What you’ll receive

• A personalized digital aesthetic defense addressing one visual choice.

• An explanation of the elements that already work and those weakening the overall effect.

• Up to three practical adjustments to strengthen the composition.

• A final written aesthetic argument explaining why the revised choice works.

• One opportunity for clarification or an in-scope adjustment.

How it works

01 · Request your defense. Book online and select email or text message as your preferred contact method. Both contact details are collected at checkout.

02 · Submit the evidence. We’ll contact you within 24 calendar hours, including weekends, to understand the decision you want to defend. Photographs and visual references are welcome.

03 · The defense is prepared. Once we’ve received and clarified all necessary information, your personalized Visual Alibi will be delivered by email within two business days.

04 · Examine the argument. You have until the same time on the next business day to submit one request for clarification or a reasonable adjustment within the original scope.

05 · The defense rests. If an eligible revision is requested on time, the final version will be delivered within one additional business day. Otherwise, the complimentary creative review period closes.

This service addresses one aesthetic decision. It does not include a complete wardrobe plan, multiple unrelated styling problems, or a full creative-direction project.

Service Processing & Revision Policy

Borgo Piano processes creative services Monday through Friday, excluding designated holidays.

A business day means an eligible weekday, regardless of the number of hours worked internally.

Once your completed brief has been received and confirmed, your first proposal will be delivered within two business days.

After delivery, you have until the same time on the next business day to submit one revision request within your service's original scope.

If a revision is requested on time, your final version will be delivered within one additional business day.

If no revision is requested by the stated deadline, the creative review period closes and the proposal is treated as final.

Your exact revision deadline will be included in your delivery message.
